- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Present strategic insights at global industry conferences and executive summits
- Maintain a proprietary foresight database tracking 500+ emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption strategies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and economic factors shaping 2026 innovation landscape
