Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future insights into actionable product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and industry think tanks
- Present futuristic insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions to identify first-mover advantages
- Maintain proprietary foresight database and publish quarterly trend reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, R&D, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Deep understanding of sociotechnical systems and human-centered design principles
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Futures Wheel)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
