Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into strategic planning cycles
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops for ideation and prototyping
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and research institutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and drive adoption of new paradigms
- Oversee pilot projects for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech convergence)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
