Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead design thinking workshops and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Author foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Manage portfolio of innovation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong executive presence and ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Innovation Management preferred
