- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready thinking into corporate strategy
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and partnership opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
