Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech or futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across global organizations
- Portfolio of executed innovation initiatives
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives
