Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) and their implications for 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with engineering and design teams
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through high-impact visualizations and reports
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive-level presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
