Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to identify opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Present executive-level insights through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Drive the integration of AI/ML capabilities into innovation workflows and decision-making

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
