- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product development
- Author thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences (technical to executive)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
