Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops and innovation sprints with executive teams
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for quantifying future disruption risks and opportunities
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and deliver keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into commercial roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational adoption of future-oriented KPIs and decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on emerging technologies and societal impact
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
