Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to create comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology into core business operations
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities and threats across global markets
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board members to drive strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities and translate foresight into measurable business impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, AR/VR) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in global technology environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFS) a plus
