Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop and publish annual futurist reports outlining disruptive scenarios for 2026+
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagement on future-proofing strategies
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and adaptation readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruption modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience with agile methodologies for innovation management
- Exceptional presentation skills and executive communication abilities
