Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and predictive intelligence reports
- Build and maintain proprietary trend-sensing databases using Python and advanced visualization tools
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated track record of published future-oriented research
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
