Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future scenarios
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in the 2025-2030 timeframe
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human intuition for enhanced predictive accuracy
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on long-term strategic shifts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis platforms
