Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis to map technological, social, and economic shifts affecting 2026
- Develop and present strategic scenarios to executive stakeholders using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Design and implement organizational foresight frameworks for long-term resilience
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups and investment opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-vision priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-vision frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Published author or recognized speaker at global futurism conferences
