Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Vision Framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with quantitative impact analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational departments
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published work on exponential technology impacts (AI/quantum/bio)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning tools
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with Python/R
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (preferred)
