Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech impacts
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-vision principles into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal trends (2020-2025)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent program
