- Translate future insights into executable roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future authority
- Integrate AI-driven foresight tools with human intelligence for enhanced predictive accuracy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published work in futurist publications or industry journals
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global environments
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu.io)
