Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional trend analysis workshops identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents with quantitative modeling capabilities
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and media engagements
- Design and implement AI-augmented forecasting methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical techniques
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis with demonstrated impact on organizational strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in AI-powered forecasting tools and scenario modeling platforms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries
- Certification in Futures Methodology or equivalent professional designation
