Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy by analyzing global tech trends, market disruptions, and sociocultural shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through pilot programs
- Represent the company at global conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing high-impact budgets exceeding $5M
