Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and disruption assessments for board-level decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and emerging tech startups
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for global stakeholders across 15+ industries
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation pipeline with 3+ year lead time
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into commercial innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with portfolio of published trend analyses or disruption models
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations with global stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional accreditation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
