Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy, identifying paradigm-shifting technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Author seminal industry reports and thought leadership pieces on emerging trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible development practices
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through internal knowledge-sharing programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
