Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging trends across technology, economics, and social domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ initiatives
- Translate future insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and product teams
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-aligned solutions
- Author high-impact foresight reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and corporate planning cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Experience working with C-suite executives to align strategy with future trajectories
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
