Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX/UI designers, to define and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to foster technical growth within the team.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes to drive the company's technical roadmap forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
