Responsibilities
- Lead the development and architecture of full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term system health.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
