Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Lead the technical design process, ensuring code quality, security, and performance optimization across all projects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js or Python.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
