Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and improve application load times.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
