Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases and minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or similar server-side languages.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
