Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high-speed load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in at least one major front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
