Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable full-stack features using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews for the engineering team.
- System Design: Design and optimize database schemas and API endpoints to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical mentorship and fostering a culture of best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deploy fixes efficiently to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Expert knowledge of Node.js, Express, or similar backend technologies.
- Databases: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
