Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to SOLID principles.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting technical interviews and providing constructive feedback to elevate team performance.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experience across all devices.
- Manage database interactions, API integrations, and third-party service connections.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve development processes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Deep experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Java.
- Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
