Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality across the full stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Georgia and NC to define feature requirements.
- Optimize database performance and implement scalable cloud solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
