Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Architect and optimize database solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions quickly.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
