Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and architectural standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews and unit testing to ensure reliability and security of the software.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack engineering.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
