Responsibilities
- Design and Develop: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases and database structures to improve performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Maintain and improve automated deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Docker.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and code reviews to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- API Development: Design robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Agile: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
