Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards (e.g., Airbnb style guide).
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
