Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
