Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications from the ground up.
- Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability for a global audience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
