Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js) and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth and technical expertise.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience with front-end frameworks (React.js is required) and back-end technologies (Node.js/Express).
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
