Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant code solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and leading technical discussions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve our engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design and SQL/NoSQL technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
