Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers) to define technical requirements and system architecture.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage and deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges in production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
