Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct and participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application speed and responsiveness.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
