Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, foster a culture of learning, and contribute to team technical growth.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- CI/CD: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines to streamline the delivery process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java with experience building RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing version control (Git).
