Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Node.js, React, and AWS
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Strong AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer)
- Proven experience mentoring development teams
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable web applications
