Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment to production environments.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to improve system architecture and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern HTML5/CSS3.
- Extensive experience with React.js or Angular, and backend frameworks like Node.js or Express.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
