Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.</li><li>Lead the architecture and implementation of full-stack solutions for enterprise clients.</li><li>Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.</li><li>Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all devices.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective long-term solutions.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.</li><li>Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.</li><li>Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid office environment.</li><li>Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).</li></ul>
