Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and technical standards.
- API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables on tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug production incidents, and implement robust solutions to improve system reliability.
- Testing: Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) to ensure high code coverage and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
