Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to define features and specifications.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of the codebase.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side languages.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
