Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Database Management: Optimize database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create technical designs, and implement features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
