Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Frontend Development: Craft intuitive, responsive, and visually stunning user interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular.
- Backend Development: Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and implement best practices for security and scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend frameworks (Express, NestJS, Django).
- Database: Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first team culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
